I am looking at replacing windows in my house this summer. A friend will be installing them as he does it for a living. At first he priced out MinnKota windows and they were going to be around $4000 for 5 windows. He then priced out Hayfield windows which were about $800-1000 cheaper. He says they are comparable windows and has installed both before. I am looking for more input on both window brands if you have them in your house. Both have good warranties from their websites but not sure how either stands behind their warranties.
The reason I am posting on Fishingbuddy is noticed there was an older thread on this same topic that seemed full of information, just looking for updated information.
