I caught this today and thought it was a trout.
But I didn't think trout had sharp teeth on the bottom. Is it a trout? Caught on Missouri river.

Looks to be young salmon but

Looks to be young salmon but would need a better shot of its head to tell.  also appear the adipose fin has been removed which also points to chinook.

It is definately a Chinook

It is definately a Chinook Salmon. The Adipose fin has been clipped from what I can see, so if you saved the head you can turn it in to NDGF and they will tell you where it was released, when and what size it was. I have done it with many that I have caught over the years.
